Kennedy Thomas
Kennedy Thomas is the passionate owner and director of Evolve Studio for the Arts, where she is dedicated to nurturing confident, well-rounded young dancers in a positive, structured, and supportive environment. With extensive training in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip hop, contemporary, and modern, Kennedy brings both versatility and enthusiasm to every class she leads, while building a strong technical foundation for each student.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate with a B.F.A. in Dance from the University of Arizona—one of the nation’s top public dance programs—Kennedy has trained with some of the industry’s most respected artists. She blends this high-level experience with a genuine passion for teaching, ensuring every dancer receives quality instruction rooted in technique, creativity, discipline, and growth.
Kennedy is committed to creating a safe and encouraging space where every child feels seen, valued, and inspired to succeed. Her classes go beyond dance training, focusing on building confidence, teamwork, responsibility, and a lifelong appreciation for the arts—qualities that benefit students both inside and outside the studio.
In addition to directing Evolve Studio for the Arts, Kennedy serves as an educator in the Dance Magnet program at Booker T. Washington Magnet School, where she continues to mentor and empower the next generation of young artists. Her mission is to help every student reach their full potential—both on and off the stage.
